When I asked the desk clerk if they had hair dryers, he seemed very excited to tell me that they put one in every room...his enthousiasm made me smile. So I dared to ask for an iron: he gave me one. I asked for a microwave, he sent me one. I asked for a DVD player! He lent me one! Very clean very well maintained room. The internet connection was perfect. I usually stay in Ottawa, but why didn't I think of crossing the river? Only a few minutes from downtown! And I'm actually from Montreal! That will teach me! I don't usually make reservations with Booked.net, but now I know I can trust that system! Great Booking, and great Motel!

They don't have breakfest pre se (only snacks), but since restaurants are at a spitting distance, I understand why. We just went walking to the Cora, across the street.

The rooms were warm and bright, they come with microwave and fridge, fridge, for instance. The location was perfect in a number shopping areas near by and the staff here was courteous. It was also very close to grocery stores, Gatineau Park, and restaurants.

For a small motel we were amazed at the great , great service and the friendly nature of staff . we were immediately given upgrade without even requesting one.The mattress's were thick and best of all brand new , new carpets throughout and extremely clean and will look forward to going back.H ave been numerous times to other hotels in area and never as clean We happened upon this motel as many of he other ones we go to were complete and what a pleasant suprise. will definitely return Joanne allen .

Well, Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was really polite and kind. We selected the Motel Du Chevalier in part because it offered rooms that accepted more than 2 people per room and there were 5 of us travelling. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Motel Du Chevalier to other travellers.
